Velineyvra: Green nailpolish and a bookshelf on the floor

So, today it was finally time to celebrate Sarenka's birthday. I'd been looking forwards to it a while. The plan was to go to a pizza restaurant, and we did follow it, it was just expanded a bit :)

Just... Sitting by the sea, eating watermelon, talking and listening to the band that was playing outside, by the bar... Lovely ^^ I'm always happy after days like this one. It's just, well, awesome to spend time with the people you care about.

And wandering around town with everyone as well. Even though I was wearing heels, and my feet hurt. I'm not made for heels, but it's nice gaining some extra centimetres. (Yeah, I'm short)

Laughing, talking through almost the entire "The Emperor's New Groove", laughing some more, pleasant news mixed in with the rest... I''ve had a day I won't forget for a very, very long time. Let's do this again, 'k?

Sleep. Eat. Work on geoscience project. Eat. Work on geoscience project while listening to Muse. Eat. Work on geoscience project, still listening to the same Muse CD. Go to bed.

I'm retiring from high school, it's killing me. 15 pages on Australia, well-written and with a good content, to be delievered on Friday, while I'm having midterms. I had yesterday off, and I'm a bit closer to the target, but still. This isn't going to be pretty.

Wish me luck with the math tomorrow that I haven't had to time to read to.
