| Wow! Long time without drawing this *guy* Well, this is a fanart of my own style about Xellos Metallium, de Mazoku (demond, evil, in Japanese) Priest of the Demond Lord of Beast, Zellas Metallium. Therefore, he's the Beast Priest. Xellos, who can transform himself in whatever creature but uses to look like a human, is one of the most popular characters among "Slayers" cast. I like him because several reasons, but one of them is because he makes me laugh. Xellos is increidibly cruel and evil----but he also is a incorrigible joker, and he never lies. I like him a lot For this pic, I wanted to show his true nature and big powers as Beast Priest, so this pic is lightly different than the usual Xellos' pics of mine. That's the reason for the pose and all those sparks and flashes On the other hand, the original pic was B/W, but I altered it into purple because it's the demonds' colour in the series, as well as several japanese legends... That's why his eyes are purple. I did this pic with chinese ink, but the colouring and shadows are made with Painter-6, as the background and other effects are made with Photoshop-6 philters. I don't think it's my best work, but, hey! I've practised! ^^ |
