Alright, we can post our contributions for the great Valenwind Zine ♥ I am so happy that i could be part of this project and i had so much fun doing this piece. Even if it took me for forever xD but i am very proud of the outcome ♥ And i know it is rather a rare pairing but i love these two cuties and can´t wait to see them in the remake again x3 |

Certainly an unusual pairing and one seldomly seen, but I totally agree with the cutie remark (^^). I hat to enlarge the picture to fully appreciate them. I do love the gloomy, dark and mysterious aura Vincent has, totally bad boy, though its nice to see him in a cute light as well. The faint blush adorning his cheeks and the adorable look he is giving Cid totally works as well. I would have loved to see some more details concerning his hair, like additional strands. Cid got the majority of them it seems (^^). The stubble of his looks well and adds to Cids rugged appearance/character. I admit I have been laughing because of the patch on his right sock, it's so him.
The rough brick wall gives of the feeling of a basement, totally dressed down and abandoned. The curtains certainly add to the abandoned feeling of the place, that's why its such a clash with the windowframes. They look like newly installed *lol*
I would have maybe added a black cobweb with a tiny spider to emphazise its old age or use a wooden texture, instead of the pristine white. Nailed wooden planks or a brocken window pane could do the trick as well.
Nice work on the crinkled bed sheet and the minimalistic torch chandelier, sure feels homey (XP).
