Disgrace

They saw us. You and me. They took you away from me, because or relationship is
`inappropriate´. Because you are my cousin and I´m not allowed to love you
like I do. Why is our love wrong? You are my most precious person in this world
and I want to protect you - even from our family - if that´s what it takes.
You´re so delicate, like the petals of a flower, but inside you are strong. 

They say that you are a failure, a disgrace to our family, because they can´t
see the real you. The only thing that´s important for them is our bloodline and
everything will be sacrificed to preserve it. Now they sacrifice our love,
because that too is a disgrace. They will lock you away and there isn´t much I
could do. I´m just a member of the branch family and have to do, what my
superiors say. But how can I live without you? How am I to exist when I can
never see your shy smile and never kiss your soft lips again? 

They said that I´m a genius, that our family´s blood is strong within my veins
and that I will be a good servant for the heir. I already serve you, with all I
have and all that I am. Would you run away with me and leave everything behind?
Do you love me enough to leave our family?
